Mary-Elizabeth Langston

 

Mary-Elizabeth Langston is the the founder and current Head of School of Park School, a private K-8 school for students identified dyslexic or dysgraphic located in Winter Park, FL. She’s also an Associate member of the Orton-Gillingham Academy (OGA) and is a private practice reading specialist.

She was a founding board member of RCF and currently serves on the advisory board. She is an advocate for children and individuals with learning differences, frequently consulting with parents, schools, and administrators regarding structured literacy, innovation in education, and best practices for dyslexics.

She believes that the world needs more empathetic storytellers and big picture problem solvers; providing appropriate support for dyslexics changes the trajectory of their life for the better and allows them to share these inherent gifts with the world, to the benefit of us all.
